Political Affiliation. Judge Glover is a conservative Republican who prioritizes victim’s rights. She believes there is a distinct line between right and wrong, and believes in holding people accountable. She supports rehabilitation efforts when practicable.
Community. Glover is a resident of Maricopa and a pillar of the community. She founded Maricopa’s first legal document preparer company (offering low-cost legal services to those who cannot afford an attorney) and was on the board of directors for a local nonprofit organization that focuses on family preservation.
Experience. Judge Glover was appointed (and subsequently elected) to serve as Justice of the Peace in 2024 and brings with her a variety of legal experience from practicing in civil litigation, landlord/tenant law, family disputes, estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, and more. Prior to her appointment, Glover helped individuals and businesses navigate complex legal matters for nearly two decades. In 2026, Judge Glover was awarded an $80,000 scholarship to pursue a Juris Doctor degree from Dayton Law. She is the only candidate with 20 years legal experience and the only candidate who has been accepted into law school.
Access to Justice. Early in her career as a legal professional, Glover recognized a need for affordable legal services and has spent the last twenty years advocating for access to justice. Seeking the office of Justice of the Peace is a natural extension of Judge Glover's lifelong dedication to the legal community. She envisions a court system that is efficient, transparent, and accessible to every citizen (not just the elite).
Objective. Her objective is clear: to maintain a courtroom where legal proceedings are conducted with the utmost dignity and where every individual is treated with the fairness they deserve under our Constitution.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Justice of the Peace (2024 – Present). Served as the presiding judge overseeing court staff and a docket of more than 12,000 cases annually, involving small claims, eviction actions and landlord/tenant disputes, contracts, torts, orders of protection and injunctions against harassment, criminal and civil traffic violations, DUIs, and misdemeanor criminal offenses.
Legal Consultant / Certified Legal Document Preparer (2017 – 2024).
Assisted attorneys and financial corporations with the management, internal administration, and operational functions of their businesses. Created strategies and implemented plans to streamline services, driving efficiency and profitability. Developed operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance will applicable laws and regulations.
Established Maricopa's first Legal Document Preparer company, offering low-cost legal services to families and businesses who cannot afford an attorney.
Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Officer Manager (2006 – 2017). Drafted/revised legal documents, assisted with legal research, and managed billable hours. Oversaw, reviewed and audited staff’s work product for accuracies including, but not limited to, title and survey discrepancies, estate portfolios, contracts, etc.
